So what do you want?

I like to start at the beginning…so I often ask my clients this simple yet important question: “What is it that you want – in life, in your relationships, in your mind and in your body?”

So let’s start with your body:

Do you want to be fitter? Or is it that you want to be leaner? Do you want your cholesterol level to be lower? Or your flexibility to be greater?

Perhaps you want to eat a healthier diet? Maybe cut down on alcohol? Or even finally get around to taking your health seriously?

Do you want to give up bread? Do you want to run a marathon? Or would you be happy with a thirty minute stroll a few nights per week?

If you’re not clear about what you want, it’s going to be pretty tough to get it!!

So take ten minutes today and jot down what you want for your body. How do you wish it was? How do you wish you treated it? What would be a good start?

Now decide ONE thing that will bring you closer to that and do it…for you, for your body and for the part of you that wants you to care about your health. I promise; it makes a difference because you’ve begun.
